Flag Act

I. Flag
A. The ratio State & Civil flags shall have a ratio of π+1:2π ≈ 4.1416 : 6.2832 ≈ 1 : 1.517.
The State flag shall be flown at all governmental locations, and may be displayed by any citizen, Ambassador, or other person. The civil flag may be used by any citizen, Ambassador, or other person; but may only be flown at a governmental building if accompanied by the State flag.

B. State Flag
(1) The field shall be divided horizontally into three parallel stripes of equal height.
    (a) The upper stripe shall be Yellow‑Green (hex #94C83D).
    (b) The middle stripe shall be St. Patrick Green (hex #09743B).
    (c) The lower stripe shall be Lake Blue (hex #4CBFEE).
(2) Along the hoist, there shall be a stylized evergreen tree composed of one triangle, four isosceles trapezoids stacked, and a rectangle stacked vertically and all rendered in Refreshing Mint Green (hex #7FB241).
(3) In the upper fly, there shall be placed an eight‑pointed radiating star, consisting of four longer points oriented vertically and horizontally and four shorter points oriented diagonally, that is centered vertically within the upper stripe.
    (a) The star shall not touch the borders of the flag, and shall be Golden Yellow (hex #F5CE0F).

C. Civil Flag
(1) The civil flag shall be similar to the State flag with the addition of the silhouette of a walking Sasquatch at 50% transparency which shall be obscured by the tree located wholly within the two lowest stripes and not more than 65.5% of the height or 31% of the width of the flag.

II. Badge
A. The Badge shall be a heater shield showing the State flag aligned to the left of the shield with an eight‑pointed radiating star in the right third of the upper stripe.
